To launch Häagen-Dazs in Australia, we created the Häagen-Dazs House, a sleek pop-up restaurant with a modern Scandinavian aesthetic. The experience included dine-in service, take-home pints, and The Ultimate Tästing—a sensory experience exploring unique flavour preferences. The pop-up activated at Federation Square (Melbourne), Overseas Passenger Terminal (Sydney), and Grand Slam Oval at the Australian Open.
